Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1: STRASBOURG (Embarkation Day)

Boarding from 11:00 a.m. in Strasbourg. Lunch on board. With our accompanist, visit of the old Strasbourg and discovering of the Christmas markets located on the place Broglie and around the cathedral. Back on board. Presentation of the crew and welcome drink. Dinner and departure of the boat.

DAY 2: SANKT GOARSHAUSEN - RUDESHEIM

Full board on board. Morning spent cruising toward St Goarshausen (no stop) in the romantic Rhine valley to the famous Lorelei rock. The river winds its way throughout a journey dominated by magnificent ruins, vineyards on hillsides and majestic fortress. Arrival in Rudesheim, picturesque little village located in the Romantic Rhine Valley. Free time in the Christmas Market. 120 chalets of 12 countries show to visitors their crafts, their specialties and their customs in one of the most beautiful ambience of Christmas. Gala evening. Overnight.

DAY 3: RUDESHEIM - MAINZ - STRASBOURG

Full board. During the morning, arrival in Mainz. Discovering of Nuremberg, the second largest city of Bavaria. Nuremberg, the "Christmas City" is decorated for this event. With our accompanist, visit of the famous Nuremberg Christmas Market, the "Christkindlesmarkt", in one of the most beautiful of Europe and definitely the largest in the world. Transfer by coach to Germersheim (duration of the ride : ~3h30/4h). Departure of the boat toward Strasbourg.

DAY 4: STRASBOURG (Disembarkation Day)

Early morning, arrival in Strasbourg. Buffet breakfast on board. Disembark at 9.00 a.m.
