DAY 1 : Honfleur
Embarkation
between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Settling in the cabin. Introduction of the
crew during a welcome cocktail. Dinner and free evening. Put in for the
night.
DAY 2 : Honfleur-Caudebec-en-Caux
Breakfast on board. Optional
guided tour of the town and its fishing port, its picturesque
passageways with old houses, salt attics and the Sainte Catherine
church built in the 15th-16th century, the largest in France made entirely out of wood. Return on board for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy an optional sightseeing tour of the “Côte Fleurie”, Trouville and Deauville with a visit to a Calvados distillery. Return on board in the evening. Departure of the boat, depending on the tides.
DAY 3 : Caudebec-en-Caux-Rouen
Breakfast on board and optional guided tour to discover the Road of Abbeys and the church of Caudebec-en-Caux built in the 15th century. Continuation towards Jumièges, where you can discover the ruins of one of the most beautiful abbeys in France, and the Saint-Pierre church, which is one of the finest examples of the 10th century Norman architecture. Return on board for lunch and departure of the boat towards Rouen. We will pass alongside typical little villages situated at the bottom of high cliffs. Arrival in Rouen around 4:00 pm, where you can join an optional sightseeing tour through the old quarters, the cathedral and the Old Market Place where Jeanne d’Arc was burned at the stake. Return on board in the evening. Dinner and continuation of the cruise.
DAY 4 : Mantes la Jolie - Conflans Ste Honorine - Paris
Departure of the boat early in the morning. Breakfast on board. Call in at Mantes la Jolie, the starting point for an optional guided tour to the Versailles
Castle (except on Mondays) , listed as one of the most renowned
monument of the International heritage. It also constitutes the most
beautiful and complete achievement of the 17th century French art. Return on board around 12:00 Noon in Conflans Sainte Honorine. Lunch on board. Afternoon cruise. We will pass along the futuristic quarter of La Défense,
impressive with its glass and concrete architectural structure. Dinner
and farewell evening. Arrival in the beautifully lit up capital. Put in
for the night.
DAY 5 : Paris
Breakfast on board and disembarkation around 9:00 am. End of our services.
