Itinerary
Day 1 - AMSTERDAM
Embarkation in Amsterdam between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Settling in the cabin. Introduction of the crew druing a welcome cocktail in the lounge. Dinner. Optional visit of the old town by river boat. Put in for the night.
Day 2 - AMSTERDAM - OUDE WETERING
Breakfast on board. Optional visit of amsterdam, its diamond merchants, and its historical center, very rich in architecture. You will be impressed by the striking contrast between the traditional Dutch mouments and the Red Quarter. Lunch on board. In the afternoon, departure of the boat through Amsterdam to join one of its canals in order to cruise through Holland all the way to Oude Wetering, where you will enjoy some free time. Dinner on board and put in for the night.
Day 3 - OUDE WETERING - GOUDA
Breakfast on board, and optional coach tour to the Keukenhof floral Park, internationally renowned for its tulips (only in April / in August: visit the Madurodam miniature park, where you will be able to discover the cheese market of Alkmaar, the Rijksmuseum of Amsterdam and the longest miniature railway of the world, reduced 25 times). Lunch on board around noon. Departure to Gouda, situated at the confluence of the ijssel and the Gouwe rivers, from which it woes its name. The town is renowned for its worldwide-known round and yellow cheese. Optional sightseeing tour of this town before or after dinner, depending on the time of arrival. Put in for the night.
Day 4 - GOUDA - ROTTERDAM
Breakfast on board. The boat will set sail heading for Rotterdam, where we will arrive around noon. Lunch on board. Departure for an optional coach tour of the cit and we will go on to Delft, well-known for its earthenware and its "Delft Blue." Return on board, dinner and farewell evening.
Day 5 - ROTTERDAM - AMSTERDAM
Departure of the boat early in the morning. Breakfast on board. We will sail up the Leck as far as Tiel lock, where we will join the canal in order to arrive in Amsterdam around 2:00m. Lunch on Board. End of cruise.
