These vessels have been designed
to take into account the smallest detail - the decks, the cabins, the
lounge, the bar and the restaurant - each place is designed for the
comfort and relaxation of our passengers.
All our cabins, are outside
cabins, located above the water level, and they offer a panoramic view
of the landscape. They are comfortable, equipped with 2 single beds or
one double bed, a shower, toilet, a washbasin (we supply towels but
not facecloths) and 220 V electricity.
On certain ships, we provide cabins
with TV's, safes, hair dryers and cabins designed for disabled
persons. There is no laundry service offered on board.
The lounge, the bar and the
library have all been designed with refinement for the well being of
all our passengers.
The shop on board sells
postcards, stamps, souvenirs and other useful items.
The decks with their chairs and
deckchairs invite you to breathe the fresh air and to admire the
landscape.
A radiotelephone is available on board.
Since it is expensive, we advise our passengers to make outgoing calls
from public phones during a ship's port calls. You may also receive
messages on board via our offices in Strasbourg, Paris, Lyon, Brussels
and Nice. Cell phones are an inexpensive alternative. European phones
work on the GSM system. Check with your service provider before you
travel. GSM cell phones can be rented before you depart the USA or at
most airports in Europe.
Inside, the ships are completely
non-smoking, except for some areas of the lounge and bar.
All ships are air-conditioned and
passengers may regulate the temperature of their cabins themselves.
Animals are not accepted on board.
Tipping is at the passenger's
discretion.
A
WARM WELCOME
There are usually between 100-150
passengers per ship, all of whom receive personalized and dedicated
service: You are in good hands..
The passengers are welcomed by our crew
as soon as they board the ship and we personally accompany them to
their cabin.
The crew is introduced to the
passengers over a welcome drink in the lounge. This is also an
opportunity to inform them about the itinerary of their cruise and to
suggest several excursions. These tours are paid on board the ship and
payable in Euros, by travelers checks in Euros, credit cards or ship
vouchers.
