Conditions
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
*A 10% deposit is due along with a signed
contract in order to hold confirmed cabin space.
*A 20% payment is due 90 days prior to the
cruise departure date.
*Final payment of 70% is due 60 days prior
to the cruise departure date.
*Final rooming list is due 3 weeks prior to
the cruise departure date.
CANCELLATION FEES:
*No penalty if the entire group space is
canceled 151 days or more prior to cruise departure date.
*Cancellations between 90-150 days prior to
cruise departure date is a penalty of 10% of the total cruise.
*Cancellations between 60-89 days prior to
cruise departure date is a penalty of 30% of the total cruise.
*Cancellations between 30-59 days prior to
cruise departure date is a penalty of 50% of the total cruise.
*Cancellations between 15-29 days prior to
cruise departure date is a penalty of 75% of the total cruise.
*Cancellations less than 15 days prior to
cruise departure date is a penalty of 100% of the total cruise.
*Group rates are applicable with 20 or more
full paying passengers.
*One free half twin per each 40 full paying
passengers.
CRUISE PRICES are always quoted net in
Euros.
Guaranteed prices in US dollars are
available, please ask for details.
All quotes include:
*Full board cruise from dinner of the first
day to the breakfast of the last day in a double cabin with shower
and toilets, welcome drink, entertainment, the Captain's Evening,
the assistance of our hostess onboard, and port taxes.
CRUISE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
*Air or motorcoach transfers, drinks, coffee
with lunch and dinner, insurance and optional excursions.
ADDITIONAL CRUISE & LAND GROUP RATES
(upon request)
*Prices for exclusive city walking tours and
excursions by motorcoach from the ships with English-speaking
guides.
*Coffee included with lunch and dinner.
*Wine, beer, soft drinks and mineral water
drink packages for lunch and dinner.
*Full pre- and / or post-cruise land
programs with the following components: Hotels, motorcoach
transfers, tours, excursions, castle parties, special group lunches
and dinners.
*Group land programs are fully customized to
fit all budgets and theme specifications through our loocal partners
in Europe. These land program specialists will provide expert
support expertly operate your leisure and incentive group programs
on the following European river systems; the Rhine, Danube, Elbe,
Moselle, Po, Douro, Rhone and Seine Rivers.
*All land program costings are quoted in
net/noncommissionable local European currencies (the Euro and/or the
Swiss franc) in order to minimize your group prices and to maximize
your profit margins.
*Special tour directors to accompany cruise
and/or land program combinations.
PLEASE NOTE
*For reasons of navigation and passenger
safety, CroisiEurope and the Captain of the ship reserve the right
to modify the itinerary of the cruise.
*Terms, conditions, payments and
cancellations are more restrictive for charter programs.
